This is pretty much the idea I've had for unloading containers without a forklift, except the lifting legs are integrated into the container instead of attaching via the corner cubes.

Just a compact living idea. Nothing too special about the implementation, but a good idea. The "side" chairs could have a shorter base allowing for a pull out ottoman from the middle.
